You Own What You Create

All video files, animations, and b-roll clips generated on active paid plans (Creator Plan & Studio Pro) grant you a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide commercial license. You have the full legal right to monetize your outputs on YouTube AdSense, Instagram Reels, TikTok, client commercial advertisements, and broadcast TV with zero attribution required.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using VIDEOAI.IN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & AI Safety Shield

VIDEOAI.IN is built to empower honest creators, filmmakers, and business owners. You agree NOT to use our cloud AI models for:

  • Generating sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual deepfake imagery.
  • Creating defamatory content, hate speech, or harassment targeting religious, ethnic, or gender communities in India or internationally.
  • Election tampering, political disinformation, or impersonation of government officials.
  • Promoting violent extremism or criminal acts in violation of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

3. Subscription Billing, Credits & Rollovers

  • Billing Currency: Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian accounts and USD for international creators.
  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, Netbanking, and international cards.
  • Credit Rollover Guarantee: Unused credits from active monthly subscriptions roll over to subsequent billing cycles as long as your subscription remains active.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel recurring billing anytime with 1-click inside your user dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

4. Service Availability & GPU Queue SLA

VIDEOAI.IN connects to enterprise GPU clusters to render video generations in under 60 seconds. While we maintain a 99.8% platform uptime, generation speeds may fluctuate during unprecedented global demand spikes on specific third-party foundation models (such as OpenAI or Runway).

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
