Your Creations Belong to You. Period.

We strictly guarantee that your uploaded source images, product packshots, face portraits, and proprietary video prompts are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or improve public AI models (including Sora, Runway, Kling, or Wan). Your data is processed in ephemeral sandbox cloud instances and deleted per retention guidelines.

1. Overview & Regulatory Compliance

VIDEOAI.IN (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and data sovereignty of all visitors, subscribers, and enterprise creators. We operate in strict compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act 2000, and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to deliver high-performance AI video rendering services:

  • Account Credentials: Name, email address, and Google OAuth identifier.
  • Creative Assets: Text prompts, uploaded still reference photos, voiceover audio files, and generated video exports.
  • Billing & Transaction Records: Transaction IDs, billing state, and GST number (for Indian businesses). We never see, collect, or store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs; all payments are processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, and Stripe).
  • Technical Telemetry: IP address, device operating system, browser user-agent, and render latency diagnostics to optimize GPU queue routing.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed exclusively for the following lawful purposes:

  • Dispatching rendering jobs to enterprise cloud GPU clusters (NVIDIA H100s).
  • Calculating credit deductions and maintaining rollover balances.
  • Generating tax-compliant Indian GST invoices.
  • Preventing abusive activity, non-consensual deepfakes, and automated bot scraping.
  • Providing customer support via chat and email.

4. Data Retention & Erasure Rights

Generated video files and temporary input photos are retained on high-speed CDN cloud storage for 30 days so you can download and re-export them. You may request immediate, permanent deletion of any file or your entire account at any time by contacting our support team or using the dashboard account settings.
